Training on the job

We have training programmes running in all our departments, to make sure everyone has the right skills to do their job - brilliantly.

Some of our training is supported by vocational qualifications accredited by City and Guilds. These are nationally recognised qualifications, offered in conjunction with local colleges.

Supervisory and management training

Food and beverage, Front office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, The number of operational promoted posts is enormous. Then there are our support areas - including sales, marketing, accounts, IT and human resources.
